How mail-in works

• Submit your device, issue, contact information and return address.
• Pay the $129 diagnostic fee; then we email your prepaid shipping label after payment verification.
• Pack your device using the instructions sent with your tracked ticket and real inbound label.
• After diagnosis, review and approve the repair quote, then pay separately before repair work starts.
• Track your repair and return shipment through your ticket.

What to include

• Power adapter or charger
• Never include a device password or PIN in the package. Arrange secure access with our team if testing requires it.
• Any accessory related to the problem

Before you ship

Do not ship until your diagnostic payment is verified and a real prepaid inbound label is available. Review return shipping, cancellation and refund terms before paying.
